Connie Spencer, ESQ.

Connie Spencer has successfully closed thousands of real estate transactions for buyers and sellers in Chicago and the surrounding suburbs. She is passionate about delivering high quality legal services and has over two decades of experience.

Before establishing Spencer Law, Connie was a real estate partner at Spencer & Rozwadowski, LLP.  Prior to that Connie was an associate attorney at Toback, Bernstein & Reiss in New York City, where she worked in real estate. Previous to her work in New York City, Connie was in-house counsel for Water Tower Realty in Chicago. Before that Connie spent three years running the award-winning Los Angeles Homeless Court.

Connie is admitted to the Illinois and New York bars, and received her Juris Doctorate and Certificate in International Law & Practice from Loyola University Chicago and her Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign. She lives in Western Springs with her husband and three children.
