Excellent news, you have a buyer! The next step is for our experienced real estate attorneys to prepare you for Closing. Our attorneys will:

  • Review the Contract

  • Close out the Buyer’s attorney modification and inspection contingencies

  • Request the Association documents on your behalf, if applicable

  • Examine Title

  • Obtain Title Clearance, including any local municipal requirements

  • Draft all Closing Documents

We charge a reasonable flat fee for residential sales, which is paid at Closing.
